He has held several prominent advisory and executive positions, including:
1- Secretary of the Shariah Board at Alinma Bank.
2-Legal Advisor at “Family Wealth Company”, affiliated with Dr. Sami Salman.
3- Contributor to the development of governance structures and the drafting of family business charters.
4- Shariah and Legal Advisor at “Istithmar Al-Mustaqbal”, a firm specializing in endowments, wills, and family wealth management, where he developed comprehensive regulatory frameworks to ensure the sustainability and protection of endowments.
He also possesses expertise in commercial arbitration and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb).
He has accredited certifications in governance and risk management from both the Global Academy of Finance and Management (GAFM) and the UK-based Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM).
He earned his Master’s degree from the Higher Judicial Institute at Imam Mohammad Ibn Saud University, where he also obtained his Bachelor’s degree.
